Set with a jadeite plaque of deep intense green color and very good translucency carved as ‘Guanyin’, the Goddess of Mercy holding the potion of salvation seated upon a lotus, enhanced by the brilliant-cut diamond frame, bail and accents, mounted in 18K white gold, to the hinged lotus engraving to the reverse and the black cord, accompanied by the rosewood stand embellished with 18K white gold engraving and silver arch, jadeite measuring approximately 61.93 x 36.36 x 4.11 mm, diamonds weighing approximately 2.95 carats in total, length 5.50 cm (2)
Accompanied by a report from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory, stating that the plaque is natural jadeite and no resin is detected, report no. KJ-A 83863, dated 15th January 2014
