Comprising a jadeite stamp of bright green and celadon colors and good translucency, carved to the pierced top as two prowling monkeys adhering to an enormous ‘Ruyi’ resting upon coins, symbolizing brilliance, health and prosperity; and a jadeite ‘Guanyin’ pendant of light green and celadon colors and good translucency, the standing Goddess of Mercy pouring the potion of salvation, to the white gold bail, ‘Ruyi’ stamp measuring 31.58 x 41.59 x 13.36 cm, ‘Guanyin’ pendant measuring 61.23 x 26.17 x 8.19 mm, pendant length including bail 7.00 cm (2)
Accompanied by a report from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory, stating that the ‘Ruyi Seal’ pendant is natural jadeite and no resin is detected, report no. 35378, dated 12th October 2011
