Carved as a thick double-sided jadeite coin of glassy material with fine lavender suffusion and high translucency, with a pair of ‘pixiu’ atop bearing the rebus of ‘surplus year-after-year’, enhanced by a bright green jadeite bead, to the pavé-set diamond crowns and bail, joined to the length adjustable black cord, mounted in 18K white gold, largest jadeite measuring 46.29 x 32.32 x 6.26 mm, pendant length 6.40 cm
Accompanied by a report from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory stating that the pendant is natural jadeite and no resin is detected, report no. KJ 76200, dated 17th September 2012
