Luxeford is pleased to announce its upcoming online sale of fine jewels and watches, set to take place in Hong Kong on April 30, 2024. The event promises to be a captivating experience for enthusiasts and collectors alike, with a diverse range of exquisite pieces available for private viewing and bidding from April 17 to April 29.
The sale will showcase a stunning selection of colored diamonds, including mesmerizing blue, pink, green, and yellow hues. Leading the auction is a remarkable 2.03 carats fancy deep grayish blue diamond ring, adorned with a brilliant-cut vivid pink diamond surround. With an estimated value of HK$4.5m-$5.5m, this piece is sure to captivate discerning buyers.
Among the highlights is a 2.00 carats fancy purple-pink diamond ring, set within an openwork diamond cluster surround, priced at HK$2.3m-$3.3m. Additionally, a 2.39 carats fancy light blue diamond pendant necklace, featuring millegrain pink and colorless diamond frames, is offered at HK$2.2m-$3.2m. Enthusiasts of vibrant colored diamonds will also be captivated by a 3.02 carats fancy yellowish green diamond ring, set with shield-cut and marquise-cut diamonds, with an estimated value of HK$950,000-$1.5m.
The auction also features an exceptional 2.74 carats Colombian ‘no oil’ emerald and diamond ring, known for its “Mariposa” effect due to the high concentration of calcite in Colombian mines. Furthermore, a splendid unheated Burmese ruby “pigeon blood red” and diamond necklace, is offered at HK$380,000-$520,000.
Neon-type gemstones add a touch to the sale, with highlights such as a 9.81 carats Mozambique Paraiba tourmaline and diamond ring, estimated at HK$800,000-$1.2m, and a 7.16 carats unheated Tanzania spinel, featuring a captivating vibrant orange-pink color and accentuated with rubies and diamonds, available for HK$550,000-$850,000.
Collectors will also have the opportunity to acquire signed pieces from renowned makers such as Mario Buccellati, Bulgari, Cartier, Jean Schlumberger, and Van Cleef & Arpels. Notably, the auction presents a diamond “flame” brooch by Van Cleef and Arpels, estimated at HK$140,000-$180,000, as well as a pair of elegant furled leaf-form style diamond and cabochon ruby drop ear pendants by Jean Schlumberger, priced at HK$160,000-$200,000.
