This upcoming auction in May, Luxeford will launch its First Live Online auction at www.luxeford.com for the Fine Jewelry and Watches Sale 2022. Encompassing a standout selection of 14.28cts heart-shaped D color and internally flawless clarity diamond, the spring online sale also includes a wide range of styles and elegance jewelry’s collection. As well as works there is a great works of art object a large cloisonné enamel tortoise figure. We are open for private viewing and bidding from 12 – 23 May throughout the duration of the online auction, and the office will be open until 7pm.
Our feature lot, Lot 3107 the heart-shaped diamond 14.28cts D-IF featured a white outline crystal and it is estimated HK$11,500,000. Experience and precision is a must in order to present the stone with perfectly cut heart-shape that is slightly wide-open lobe, along the belly that perfectly attracting enough light sources enter at angles. Comprising a GIA high standard specification is graded as excellent polish and excellent symmetry. Fewer than 20 percent of the diamonds mined each year are suitable for making jewelry and to find the perfect diamond above 10 carats free of inclusions and blemishes of its clarity is extremely rare.
In general, a natural fancy purple diamond is among the rare of all colored diamonds, most of purple diamonds can be found usually have a secondary color like pink, brown or gray. There is only 0.002% of all fancy colored diamonds are being produced in the earth regardless of size. Purple diamonds absorb their color from chemical impurities and light that contain traces of nitrogen, boron and unusual amounts of hydrogen during its formation process. This lot 3106, a fancy intense pink-purple 2.49cts is excited to be here in this auction and it is estimated at HK$2,600,000.
Check out Lot 3084 the large jadeite and diamond butterfly brooch, the natural intense emerald green and very good translucency jadeite ‘fei cui’ plague was crafted in a simple and elegant form in low relief, the left wing is measured approximately 56.62 x 39.56 x 1.60 mm. Its body enriched with a 1.02ct pear-shaped D color VS1 diamond in detail, and it is estimated at HK$280,000. Another spotlight of this sale, a classic style of natural ‘fei cui’ jadeite bangle of bright intense apple-green color and very good translucency is a symbol of wealth, health and protection. This lot 3101 measuring approximately 70.43 x 53.55 x 8.89 mm and has an estimate starting from HK$90,000.
