Designed as a semi-articulated choker, set with pear-shaped, tapered baguette-, marquise- and brilliant-cut diamonds in asymmetric flows of graduated art-deco-styled links and mini foliage clusters, mounted in platinum, signed S.V.Rudle, diamonds weighing approximately 81.00 carats in total, length 41.00 cm
Simon Rudle came from a renowned jewelry family in Russia. From the age of 10, he began working, soldering and repairing jewelry. He learned his technical skills on his own without formal instruction, just like how most famous masters were self-taught in 19th century. Rudle also designed and worked for Bulgari, David Webb, Tiffany & Co., Carl Peter Faberge and Van Cleef and Arpels before venturing out to be a jewelry designer and first opened his own shop in 1978.
