Centering on a cushion-cut sapphire weighing 4.67 carats, surrounded by cultured pearls, extending to the openwork black enamel overlapping oval motifs, alternating with gold arrow accents, mounted in 18K yellow gold, with French hallmark, length 4.00 cm
Accompanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the 4.67 carat natural sapphire is blue color, originates from Kashmir and no indications of heating, report no. 5182846181, dated 13th November 2017
