Set with a modified pear-shaped blue topaz weighing 119.21 carats, enhanced by a diamond-set surmount with brilliant-cut diamonds and scissor-cut sapphire accent, mounted in 18k white gold, length 5.00 cm
Accompanied by a report from the Gemresearch Swisslab, stating that the 119.21 carat topaz is greenish-blue color and treated, report no. GRS2012-064002, dated 27th June 2012
