Of stylized floral design, set with an oval jadeite cabochon of even brilliant ‘Imperial green’ color and high translucency flanked by heart-shaped diamond accents, embellished with the undulating scalloped surround of tapered baguette-cut diamonds, mounted in 18K white gold, jadeite measuring approximately 16.66 x 11.63 x 3.46 mm, ring size 5½
Accompanied by a report from the Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory, stating that the bangle is natural jadeite and no resin is detected, report no. SJ 113160, dated 30th March 2015
The presented jadeite is the ideal ‘塑料種’ material in cabochon form, described as ‘Imperial green’ in the trade. Jadeite of such quality carries the characteristics of returning high amounts of light, resulting in desirable soft vitreous translucency together with a finely textured pattern.
