Set with a sugarloaf cabochon orange sapphire, embellished by the pavé-set brilliant-cut diamond floral surround, to the stylized three-quarter-hoop, mounted in platinum, orange sapphire weighing approximately 45.14 carats, diamonds weighing approximately 1.35 carats in total, ring size 5¾
Accompanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the approximately 45.14 carat natural sapphire is yellowish orange color, originates from Sri Lanka and has indications of heating, report no. 2135750904, dated 26th August 2011
