Accompanied by a report from the Gemresearch Swisslab, stating that the 16.72 carat natural imperial topaz is orange color and has no indication of treatments, report no. GRS2013-088286, dated 15th August 2013
Topaz gemstones are usually colorless and often heated or irradiated to improve appearance and deepen color. Some natural Imperial topaz, also known as precious topaz, is the rarest color of topaz — a golden-orange to pink hue. Fine specimens come from the Ouro Preto region in Brazil
