The circular-cut diamond concave shell panel, set to the center with a near-round white natural pearl, suspending a detachable natural pearl drop, embellished by the similarly-cut diamond and cap, mounted in silver-topped gold, natural pearls measuring approximately 10.48 and 10.97 mm respectively, length 6.10 cm
Accompanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the pearls are natural saltwater pearls and have no indications of treatment, report no. 1192189272, dated 12th March 2018
