Of floral spray design, set with six flowerheads, five largest pistils set with circular-cut diamonds weighing 4.04, 1.21, 1.02, 1.00 and 0.25 carats respectively, one pistil set with a similarly-cut sapphire, each surrounded by circular-cut sapphire or diamond petals, embellished with circular-cut diamond leaves and accents, joined to the baguette-cut diamond stem, mounted in 18K white gold, diamonds weighing approximately 12.50 carats in total, length 6.50 cm
Accompanied by a report from the Gemological Institute of America, stating that the 4.04 carat diamond is D color and SI2 clarity, with laser inscription registry, report no. 6352275528, dated 24th March 2020
