The Properties from A Private Gentleman Collection 2917, 2918
Centering upon a high-domed round cabochon sapphire, within the oval-cut ruby scalloped surround, flanked by pear-shaped diamond shoulders, to the diamond-set full-hoop, mounted in platinum, sapphire weighing approximately 18.15 carats, rubies and diamonds weighing approximately 10.25 and 2.40 carats in total respectively, ring size 6¼
Accompanied by a gemological report, firstly, stating that the approximately 18.15 carat natural sapphire is intense violetish blue color and has no indication of treatment. Secondly, stating that the total approximately 10.25 carat of nine natural rubies are deep purplish red to vivid red color, originate from Burma and have no indication of treatment. Thirdly, stating that the approximately 0.58 and 0.59 carat diamonds are G color and VVS-VS clarity, report no. M3J24849, dated 5th March 2012
